When I founded W.W. Heating & Air Conditioning in 1981, more than 30 years ago, my goals were clear: to provide my customers with interior comfort solutions which fit their lifestyles and budgets and to provide those services at the highest quality and with integrity.
Our growth over the years reflect our achievements of these goals. I believe we will continue to prosper because we continue to focus on meeting your heating and air conditioning needs.
I am proud to say our company is a past recipient of the Better Business Bureau Torch Award for excellence in business ethics. We are also proud to serve and support our community in a number of different ways. It was not only an honor but a truly rewarding experience to participate in Extreme Makeover, Home Edition in October 2005, and we will continue to find and participate in these exciting contributions to our region.
W.W. continues to undergo significant change. Today’s performance and efficiency standards for interior air quality equipment continue to improve. Geothermal technology continues to gain popularity. Our service technicians regularly participate in factory training and continuing education programs to stay abreast of the latest industry technology and maintain their professional standing. In recent years, we have moved into a new showroom and office complex. Our duct cleaning division has matured, and we routinely refine and upgrade the capabilities and capacity of our customer assistance programs, service department and custom sheet metal shop.
